Vintage Glassware Collection

My love of vintage glassware started with a few pieces of milk glass passed on to me by my mother-in-law.  My oldest piece (that I am sure of the date) also came from my mother-in-law, it is a creamer jar from the restaurant her mother waitressed at while her dad was off fighting in the war.  The cold cream bottle also belonged to my mother-in-law's mom, she can remember it on her dresser as a child.

The dinner plate and deviled egg tray were both  my grand mothers (my dad's mom).  The gray and white dessert set came from my mom and the milk glass candy dish came from my mother-in-law.  the clear dessert glasses were a flea-market find and the bee hive is a set of measuring cups from Gooseberry patch.

The clear stemware were a gift from my husband a few years ago, the dark green stemware were part of my hope chest.  The light green stemware and the candy jar were rummage sale finds.
