I keep my antique irons on display on my dryer.  All of them have been handed down to me from my mom.  The blue one on top of the cabinet was my grandfather's (mom's dad) and it was steam iron.  The very old one on top of the cabinet was my great grandmother's.  It was one you had to set on the stove for a while to get it warm.  The trick was to have two irons, one heating and one in use.  The "buttocks" basket on top of the cabinet was my grandfather's too.  I keep old clothespins in it.  The brown thing in front of the basket is wasp nest (long abandoned) the kids found and wanted to keep, not really vintage laundry, but it looks neat.  (c:
