Conceal the napkin ring by wrapping it with burgundy ribbon. Glue both ends of the ribbon with hot glue or tacky glue. Let Dry.

Place a dab of glue on the base of one rose petal and set it on the outside of the ring. Continue gluing each petal to the ring, overlapping them slightly until the desired fullness is reached. Allow it to dry completely before using.
