adding a touch of autumn to your home adds warmth and charm

ecorate around a doorway with leaf garland. Available at most craft stores, as well as some supermarkets. I got ours at Wal Mart and Dollar Tree.

f you have a porch on your home, cornstalks look great tied to the pillars.

reate a display on your porch or anywhere outdoors, using bails of straw, pumpkins, and seasonal gourds. Add a scarecrow for added effect.

f you are having guests over in the evening, tie some fall themed homespun around the top of a mason jar, drop a votive in the jar, light, and place on the path leading to your door. These are especially nice if you use an autumn scented candle in your jars.

or a different look for a vase, you will need 2 glass cylinder type containers. One needs to be slightly larger than the other. Fill the smaller of the two with flowers and place inside the larger one, in the center. Pour fall fixins or candy corn into the larger bowl around the smaller one.

lace small fall gourds in a small basket and display on a shelf or table. Looks great as a centerpiece too. Especially with some Indian corn tucked in.
