Bavarian Mint Flavored Coffee Mix

1/4 c. powdered non dairy creamer
1/3 c. powdered confectioners sugar
1/4 c. good quality instant coffee
2 tablespoons powdered cocoa
3 hard candy peppermints

Use a 1 quart, wide-mouth canning jar.
Combine all the ingredients together in a blender/
food processor. Mix until the candies are completely
chopped up and well blended with the other ingredients.
Pour into the jar and pack firmly. Seal and decorate jar,
and attach the recipe tag.

Bavarian Mint Flavored Coffee
Place 2 - 3 rounded tbsp. of the mix into a mug. Add
hot water, stir and enjoy!
