Viennese Coffee Mix

2/3 c. good quality instant coffee
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. dry non-dairy creamer
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
dash ground allspice
dash ground cloves
dasy ground nutmeg

Use a 1 quart, wide-mouth canning jar.
Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Pour into the jar and pack firmly. Seal and
decorate jar, and attach the recipe tag.

Viennese Coffee
Place 4 large tsp. mix in a mug. Add 1 c. boiling
water. Stir well and enjoy!
