Scottish Shortbread Mix

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Use a 1 quart wide mouth jar.
Combine the ingredients together and pour into
the jar. Pack firmly. Seal and decorate, and attach
the recipe tag to the jar.

Scottish Shortbread
You will need:
1 cup softened butter, (2 sticks)
Combine the butter with the jar contents in a large bowl.
Knead the dough and press into an 8" greased pan. Bake
at 300 degrees F. for 55-60 minutes. Serves: 15.
